The Role This is a dual-function position where you will act as the vital link between our agents, clients, and internal teams. You’ll manage the entire client journey—from pre-listing to post-settlement—while ensuring our sales systems, processes, and contracts run like clockwork. Your responsibilities will include: Client Services Acting as the first point of contact for vendor and buyer communications; Managing listing and pre-sale preparation, including liaising with photographers, stylists, and trades; Supporting agents during campaigns with tailored client service; and Ensuring a 5-star experience for all clients throughout the sales process. Sales Administration Preparing agency agreements, contracts, and listing documentation; Managing compliance and regulatory requirements; Coordinating campaign materials, marketing schedules, and booking deadlines; Processing offers and sales documentation through to settlement; and CRM and database management (e.g. Agentbox, or similar). About You We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and confident juggling multiple priorities with ease. You’ll bring: Experience in real estate administration, client services, or similar; Strong understanding of sales processes and listing-to-settlement workflows; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Impeccable attention to detail and time management; Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and property software is extremely advantageous; and A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (or willing to obtain one).
